Join us for the 3rd "Lovely China" International Short Video Contest, inviting creators from around the globe to delve into themes such as "Chasing Dreams in China," "Diversity in China" and "Smart China". This is your chance to shine on an international stage and to exhibit your creative prowess. Whether you're flying solo or teaming up with friends, you can submit up to three entries. Each entry should feature foreign nationals and/or incorporate elements of cross-cultural communication. Seize this remarkable opportunity to share your vision and talent with a global audience.
“可爱中国”主题国际短视频大赛由中国外文局国际传播发展中心主办，旨在面向中外创作者团队、自媒体团队与个人，征集多语种、多形态的“可爱中国”主题短视频。自2022年创办以来，大赛已连续线上成功举办两届，聚焦中外交流合作相关话题，呈现国际青年视角下的中国故事。
The "Lovely China" International Short Video Contest is proudly hosted by the China Center for International Communication Development. We are calling on creators and teams worldwide to celebrate the theme of "Lovely China" in different forms and languages.
Launched in 2022, this contest has already seen two successful online editions, with a focus on promoting Sino-foreign exchanges and cooperation. These events have showcased China through the perspectives of young people from around the world, fostering a deeper global understanding and dialogue.

Theme of the contest
大赛主题本次大赛共设置三大主题，投稿作品需包含以下主题：
The contest encompasses three primary themes, and all submitted works must address one or more of these themes:
1.追梦中国：讲述各国青年在华求学、求职、创业的故事，彰显各国青年在华奋斗成长的青春风采。
1.Chasing Dreams in China: This theme involves narrating the experiences of young people from all over the world who come to China for education, employment, or entrepreneurship purposes. The goal is to highlight the dynamic and resilient spirit of these global youth as they strive and develop in the Chinese context.
2.多元中国：记录各国青年眼中多彩丰富的中国元素，展现中华文明的独特魅力
2.Diversity in China: This theme focuses on documenting the vibrant and multifaceted aspects of Chinese culture as perceived by young people from different countries, thereby highlighting the distinctive allure of Chinese civilization.
3. 智慧中国：透过国际青年视角，讲述中国科技发展创新、中外科技合作的故事。
3. Smart China: From the vantage point of international youth, this theme aims to tell the story of China's technological advancements and innovations, as well as the collaborative efforts between China and other countries in the field of technology.
文件形式
Format of entries:
1.产品形态不限，短纪录片、访谈、脱口秀、动画形式等均可。作品不得涉及色情、暴力、宗教与种族歧视等内容，不得植入广告。
1. There are no restrictions in terms of content format, which may include short documentaries, interviews, talk shows, and animation etc. Content involving pornography, violence, religion, and racial discrimination are prohibited, and no product placement is allowed.
2.接受多语种作品，提交的作品需有英文或中文字幕。
2. Multi-lingual works are accepted. All submissions should include English or Chinese subtitles.
3.作品时长不超过5分钟。视频分辨率1280*720 或以上，作品格式接受 MPG、MPEG、AVI、MOV、WMV、MP4 文件，建议横屏拍摄。
3. Each entry should be limited to 5 minutes, with resolution of 1280 * 720 or above. Acceptable formats are MPG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4. Landscape mode is recommended.

超大附件形式发送至大赛报名邮箱 ACvideocontest@qq.com，邮件标题注明“国别-作者姓名-作品名称”。
Send your entries as large attachments to the contest registration email: ACvideocontest@qq.com, with Subject: "Country-Author Name-Title".
符合要求的视频作品也可邮件告知网盘链接及密码，境内推荐百度网盘，境外推荐Google Drive网盘。
Eligible works could also be emailed with Baidu or Google Drive links.
本届大赛将从进入终评的参赛作品中，评选出一、二、三等奖及优秀入围作品奖，颁发获奖证书。
First, Second, and Third Place certificates will be awarded in the final round of the contest, as well as an Outstanding Achievement Award.
作品著作权及其他权利要求
Copyright and other terms
作品必须为本人原创作品，拥有独立知识产权，严禁剽窃、抄袭，所拍摄素材和使用的音乐、文案、照片图片、肖像、视觉元素等不得侵害第三人合法权益，如有侵权及发生法律纠纷，一切责任自负并取消参评或获奖资格，如因此给举办方造成经济损失，由责任方承担全部责任。
报名作品须向主承办方开放完整著作权供主承办方使用，主承办方拥有无偿使用入选作品开展非营利性活动的权利，参加本次作品征集活动即视为对主承办方在上述范围内使用作品进行授权，授权期限为自2024年起 50 年。
All submission must be original, with independent intellectual property rights. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All materials used, including music, text, photographs, images, portraits, and visual elements, must not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. In the event of any infringement or legal disputes, the responsibility shall be borne solely by the contestant in question, who will consequently be disqualified or have their awards revoked. Should the host or organizer incur any financial losses as a result, the responsible party shall be held fully accountable.
By submitting your works, you hereby agree openly license the host and organizer the right to utilize selected works for non-profit. Participation in this contest constitutes your authorization for the host and organizer to utilize the works within the specified scope. This authorization is granted for a period of 50 years commencing from 2024.
